With more than 20 years’ experience as a teacher and Head of Student Services at MacLachlan College, Tracey brings an understanding of nurturing students’ academic and personal development with compassion and empathy to the Upper School leadership. She promotes the culture and the core values of the School by her commitment to relationship-building and participation in co-curricular activities. Stephanie Zantingh
Assistant Head of Lower School | Academics and Director of IB Programmes
With extensive international leadership experience and more than 15 years as an International Baccalaureate Workshop Leader, Site Evaluator, and Consultant, she oversees the continued growth of our PYP, MYP authorization, academic integrity, and curriculum development.
Holding a Master's degree in Educational Technology, a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard, and an Independent School Leadership Diploma from CAIS, Stephanie is passionate about supporting student success, fostering professional learning, and partnering with families to create an exceptional educational experience.

Business Manager
As the Business Manager, Lori brings 17 years of experience to MacLachlan College and is the first contact for any financial related inquiries. She has worked closely alongside the owners of the school since joining the school and is a wonderful resource for the faculty, parents and students.
