Transportation
Our transportation program supports students across Oakville and surrounding communities, helping make the school journey as seamless as possible for both students and parents.
School Bus Transportation
Students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 6 benefit from door-to-door transportation service.
Students in Grades 7 through 12 are assigned to a designated community bus stop located approximately a five-minute walk from their home. To enhance the transportation experience, families have access to GPS bus tracking, providing real-time visibility of their child's journey to and from school.
Transportation routes are designed with student safety, efficiency, and reasonable ride times in mind.

Inter-Campus Shuttle Service
For families with children attending both the Lower School and Upper School campuses, MacLachlan College offers an Inter-Campus Shuttle Program included in Tuition.
This service allows students to be dropped off or picked up at the campus most convenient for their family, providing added flexibility and simplifying daily transportation logistics.
The shuttle travels between our Lower School and Upper School campuses each school day.

Extended Care
The Extended Hours Program is available to all students in Kindergarten to Grade 6. The program hours are 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. Registration is required for this program as spaces are limited. Full Year Program Fees per child are as follows:
Morning Only - $2,000
Afternoon Only - $3,000
Both Morning and Afternoon - $4,000
Child Care expenses: Some parents with children under 16 years of age may be eligible to claim a portion of school fees under the Child Care Expenses Deduction. Official tax receipts are provided.

Food Services
At MacLachlan College, we believe nutritious meals help students learn, grow, and thrive. Lower School tuition includes a daily hot lunch and healthy recess snacks.
At the Upper School Campus, students have access to daily feature hot meals and a variety of à la carte options available for purchase through our Food Services program.
