Senior Kindergarten Measures Up at Longos

2/13/2026

As part of their Measurement Unit, our Senior Kindergarten students visited Longo's for a hands on math experience.

Students carefully measured golden cake mix, milk, oil, and egg whites to bake cookies, applying early numeracy skills in a real world setting. While waiting for their cookies to bake, they assembled their own mini pizzas using English muffins, tomato sauce, and cheese.
