Our Grade 12 Physics students took a nostalgic trip to the Lower School for their Egg Drop Challenge, putting theory into action in a fun and memorable way. Students designed protective devices to keep their eggs intact during descent and impact, applying their understanding of conservation of momentum and collisions.
Dropping their creations from the roof, students tested their designs while younger students looked on with curiosity and excitement. It was a great example of hands-on learning, problem solving, and the full-circle moments that come with being part of a connected school community.
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
