What’s Ahead for Our Alumni in 2026

As we close an incredible year at MacLachlan College, we’re reflecting on how far our community has come. 2025 has been a year of transformation, growth, and connection.

We proudly launched our High Performance Sports Programs, giving students new opportunities to excel in athletics while balancing their academic goals. We also completed our Upper School renovations, including beautiful exterior updates that have redefined the space as a vibrant, inspiring environment for learning and collaboration.

This year also marked the release of The MacLachlan Story, a short film that beautifully captures who we are and what we stand for. Featuring two of our amazing alumni, Haider and Corina, the video celebrates our journey from a single building on Trafalgar Road to the thriving, dynamic community we are today. It’s a heartfelt culmination of our story and a reminder of the spirit that continues to guide us.

MAC Global Chats: March 2026

We begin the year with MAC Global Chats, a virtual social event designed to connect our international alumni community. This informal gathering offers alumni the chance to share updates, reconnect with classmates, and meet new graduates from around the world. RSVP

Alumni Leadership Conference: April 2026

Our Alumni Leadership Conference invites graduates to return to campus as keynote speakers and panelists, sharing their experiences, insights, and career journeys with our Grade 11 and 12 students.

The morning begins with keynote presentations and a panel discussion where alumni answer student questions and reflect on how their time at MacLachlan shaped their path beyond graduation. Alumni then will lead 15-minute breakout sessions, guiding students through leadership challenges, team-building exercises, and scenario-based activities that inspire collaboration, communication, and creativity.

It’s an engaging, hands-on day that connects our current students with the wisdom and mentorship of those who have walked the same halls before them. RSVP

Alumni Floor Hockey Tournament: April 2026

That same afternoon, the energy continues in the gym as alumni face off with faculty and staff in our annual Alumni Floor Hockey Tournament. This spirited tradition is all about teamwork, laughter, and a little friendly competition as both sides battle for coveted bragging rights. RSVP

MacLachlan College Gala, South Beach Nights: May 2026

Alumni are invited to attend the MacLachlan College Gala, supporting the MacLachlan College Educational Foundation (MCEF). This year’s theme, South Beach Nights, promises a lively evening of celebration, music, and community spirit.

Funds raised from the Gala directly support scholarships, bursaries, and innovative learning opportunities for students. Learn More.
