As part of their hockey summative, members of the U18 Prep Hockey team took on leadership roles by planning and leading full practice sessions.

Working in small groups, students developed practice plans, designed drills, and ran sessions from beginning to end. This experience allowed athletes to view the game from a coaching perspective while strengthening leadership, communication, and accountability within the team.
