Students in Grades 10, 11, and 12 had an exciting cultural experience during their French theatre trip to the Théâtre Français de Toronto to see Les Zinspirées. The performance offered a rich opportunity to hear authentic French language and explore contemporary themes brought to life on stage.
After the show, students visited the holiday market in the Distillery District where they browsed the shops, enjoyed fresh croissants, and warmed up with chocolate chaud. The day continued with a walk to the St. Lawrence Market to taste delicious French crèpes from Crèpe it Up.
It was a wonderful day filled with language, culture, and authentic experiences that brought classroom learning to life.
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
