Our Upper School ESL students recently travelled to Toronto for a memorable visit to the Rogers Centre to see the Blue Jays take on the San Diego Padres. For many students, this was their first time learning about and experiencing the excitement of a live baseball game.
The energy in the stadium was contagious, the Rogers Centre was a great venue to explore, and although the rain closed the dome and concession prices made for a pricey snack break, the fun of the outing was undeniable.
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
