It is wonderful to see the effort and enthusiasm that went into the literary and art pieces that were created to commemorate Remembrance Day. We are grateful to the Legion National Foundation and schools across the country for supporting youth education and encouraging young people to honor and recognize those who have served. It was a privilege for the students to have lunch with veterans and to hear their inspiring stories. Thank you to the Royal Canadian Legion for providing this meaningful opportunity and for helping to ensure that the legacy of those who have served is never forgotten.
