The best season of the year is here! Maclachlan College Grade 7, 8, 9, and 10 ESL students travelled into the city to see Toronto's famed Winter Village and historic distillery district.
Students had a great time participating in this annual event and enjoyed strolling the cobblestone streets under the canopy lights and admiring the many seasonal vendor cabins and festive decorations, including this year's 51-foot tall white spruce Christmas tree, which has been designed by Dior.
For our international students, this was a wonderful chance to learn more about Canada and enjoy the Christmas season with their friends!
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
