Our PYP students had an incredible day! They rotated through wellness workshops, from mindful bookmarks to yoga, music, and nature sketching, fostering mindfulness and positivity.
These activities empower them to thrive in and out of the classroom, capping off an amazing Wellness Week at MacLachlan College.
