Students Compete with Courage at Chess Tournament, Junior Team Earns Bronze Medal
We're incredibly proud of our junior and intermediate students who competed in the day-long chess tournament at Rotherglen!
With determination and bravery, they played a total of 164 games of chess under some stressful conditions. Congratulations to everyone on a long and rewarding day of chess.
A special shout-out goes to our junior team of Caleb, Aaron, Annie, and James who advanced to the equivalent of the chess playoffs. They played their hearts out and came home with some hardware around their necks, earning a bronze medal in their match.
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
