Grade 6 Trip to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum
As part of their IB PYP Flight Inquiry unit, our Grade 6 students visited the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum to explore the principles of flight in action. Through hands-on experiences and guided exhibits, students investigated how flight has evolved over time and the role it has played during significant historical events.
This experiential learning opportunity connects directly to the PYP transdisciplinary theme How the World Works, encouraging students to ask big questions, think critically, and make real-world connections.
We can hardly believe these students will be graduating to the Upper School tomorrow!
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
