MacLachlan College Shines at Spring Fulford Debate Tournament

5/4/2025

Students competed on Saturday, May 3 in our final official tournament of the 2024-2025 schedule in Spring Fulford Debate hosted by Trinity College School in Port Hope. Representing the junior side were Noah and Gabriela, and on the senior side there were Zaahid and Matheus. Also travelling with the team were Aisha and Joseph who attended as swing debaters.

Our top individual debater was Zaahid, who finished in first place out 30 debaters, leading the senior team to a 4th place finish. The junior team finished 8th out of the 15 schools that competed. These are outstanding results and a deserving end to a record-breaking season.
