Grade 10 students recently embarked on an enlightening journey to the Ontario Science Centre, immersing themselves in a day filled with scientific exploration. The highlight was an interactive workshop on light and optics, where students engaged in hands-on experiments, turning abstract theories into tangible experiences.
In addition to the physics focus, the class ventured into the AstraZeneca Human Edge exhibit, seamlessly connecting with their earlier biology unit. This exhibit provided a captivating exploration of the complexities of the human body, offering students a real-world perspective on how the human body deals with danger.
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
