Students in Kindergarten had a special learning engagement opportunity with Pawsitively Pets in School as an extension of their in-class learning about patterns.
While learning about and interacting hands-on with different animals, students loved the chance to explore the many patterns and body coverings that each animal had and ask questions. For our young students, holding the animals was a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate compassion and empathy.
Thank you so much to Meagan and Rachelle for the wonderful visit!
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
