Mindful MAC team raises $593.10 for the 2023 Mindfulness Challenge

Great news! Our Mindful MAC team has raised $593.10 for the Centre for Mindfulness Studies during the 2023 Mindfulness Challenge. This donation will be directed towards the Centre for Mindfulness Studies' Community Program, with an emphasis on the Bursary Program. This initiative enables individuals who face financial or systemic obstacles to receive mental health care services.
