Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program connects alumni with students and graduates interested in career exploration. This program offers an informal opportunity to engage with established alumni mentors who provide valuable advice across various career stages, from entering the workforce to secondary school applications and beyond.
The Value of Mentorship
Mentorship allows students and alumni to explore career paths and build professional networks. Participants benefit from mentors' experiences and gain practical skills crucial for professional success. Mentorship is a proactive opportunity for learning and discovery, regardless of career readiness.

The Mentorship Process
The MAC Alumni Network maintains a list of mentors and will determine a mentorship match based upon your specified career interests.
Once a match has been determined, the MAC Alumni Network will reach out to the mentor, and provide you with their contact information so you may arrange a meeting.
The program is informal and can range from one meeting over coffee to several planned meetings over a specified period of time. Students and alumni who are interested in a mentorship opportunity, or alumni who would like to serve as mentors should contact Rachel at rohagan@maclachlan.ca
