Financial Literacy and Creativity at ARTisan Market

Grade 1 students embarked on an unforgettable experiential learning journey to the ARTisan Market at the Hamilton Children's Museum!

Our young students delved into the world of financial literacy, honing their skills in a fun and creative way. They eagerly took charge of budgeting for their materials, which they later transformed into breathtaking hand-painted cards.

Harnessing their imagination and entrepreneurial spirit, our talented students even crafted their own advertisements and discovered the art of pricing and bartering. 

The highlight of the day was when they got to shop at their friends' stores, each offering unique, one-of-a-kind cards.

We're incredibly proud of our Grade 1 students for embracing this hands-on learning experience and developing vital skills that will serve them well in the future.
